Nightly rates vary from season to season and range from $350 (AUD$270) - $590 (AUD$455) per night for 3 guests.Add $35 (AUD$27) per night for each additional guest.

We manage other centrally located luxury Queenstown apartments, Esplanade Queenstown Queenstown Apartments and it’s highly likely we can accommodate your preferred dates.
Please note
- We have a 2 night minimum for off peak periods and 5-7 nights minimum for peak periods.
- Dates are inclusive as opposed to checkout dates.
- The rates above are for three guests. Add $35 (AUD$27) per night for each additional guest.
- Each apartment villa accommodates a maximum of 6 guests
- Internet Access via Wireless Network. Plans can be purchased Online at apartments
- Check in time is 3pm and check out time is 10am.
Booking Procedure
- To secure your reservation we require a 50% deposit. The deposit is refundable up to 30 days prior to your arrival with a cancellation fee of 25% of your total booking (this equates to 50% of your deposit)
- The deposit is non refundable if cancellation is less than 30 days prior to the first night of the booking
- Payment in full is required 30 days prior to arrival.
- Payment can be made either via bank transfer into our NZ bank account, Visa,
Mastercard or in cash. All credit card payments will incur a 3% surcharge.
- A credit card number (Visa or Mastercard) is required along with all booking
confirmations. This is to cover any miscellaneous charges including damage to the property.
- Prices and information are subject to availability at the actual time of booking and are valid for 7 days.
- A booking is deemed to be Confirmed once the deposit payment is made and or a credit
card number is received.
- Your confirmed booking acknowledges acceptance of these conditions.
