The Condos are only a five minute walk from town. Each apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a private garage, full laundry and sleeps up to 6 guests. We have eight apartments available for groups requiring more than one condo. Where possible we place group bookings in adjacent condominiums. Different bedding configurations are available to suit your sleeping requirements.
All of the bathrooms are tiled and feature underfloor heating. And there's a spa bath to relax in after a day in the outdoors.
All utensils and linen are provided for six guests. LakeRidge Condos come equipped with underfloor heating in all main living and bathroom areas. Each apartment has a DVD player, stereo and two flat screen televisions.

TOP LEVEL
The commercial kitchen and large gas hob top serves the open plan dining and living area. This has a great feel with warming gas fire and flat screen television. A wall of glass slides onto the deck maximising the views beyond each apartment.
MID LEVEL
Three well sized bedrooms each with large wardrobes are serviced by 2 bathrooms. A spa bath and under tile heating add to the experience.

An underground secure carpark with a lockable roller door and an owner's storage area... a great addition which is often forgotten in many modern apartments.
